With the rules in the UK continuing to change day by day, we don't know what Christmas, or the run up to it, will look like this year. For those of you that don't feel comfortable hitting the high streets, we're putting in place a few things to help ease what might be, a whole lot of online shopping.
1. Free postage on UK and International orders
Doing your Christmas shop online this year might mean a lot of delivery fees. To help ease the pain, we're removing postage fees until December 25th.
2. Dates to remember
We don't keep stock so we need a little time to bring your piece to life. That means we need to have your orders in by the following dates to make sure you have it for Christmas.
UK and Mainland Europe
Friday 4th December
As soon as possible! Unfortunately, covid has been causing long delays of 4-6 weeks for some items being shipped to the likes of USA, Canada and Australia. Please get your orders in as soon as possible to make sure you give it enough time to get to you.
3. 30 day returns period
We're extending our returns policy to 30 days over the Christmas period for any orders placed in November and December. This excludes custom orders.
4. Handwritten, personalised messages
We might not be able to see our loved ones this year to give them our presents in person. If you'd like the order delivered straight to them with a handwritten, personalised note, just get in touch when you place your order and we can let them know you're thinking of them. All of our orders come in an A6 sized presentation box, lovingly wrapped so are perfect for gifting.
If you have any questions on any of the above, or anything else, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
