Delivery and Returns
All Sondr London orders are carefully crafted in London's Hatton Garden and can take up to 21 days to be made.
Your order will be sent using recorded signed for delivery and should arrive within 1 to 2 working days once dispatched.
Rest of the world
Your order will be sent using recorded signed for delivery and should arrive within 5 to 7 working days once dispatched. Please note that due to Covid-19, we are experiencing some delays with international orders. Please read our Covid-19 page for further information.
International orders may incur additional customs charges. These charges vary between countries and so we cannot advise how much they will be prior to your order. Furthermore, Sondr London will not be responsible for these costs and so we ask you to check local regulations if you are unsure, before you place an order.
As a result of the UK leaving the EU, customers in EU countries may now face additional costs on delivery. Please check what fees will apply before you place an order as Sondr London will not be responsible for these additional costs.
International sterling silver and solid gold orders
Before placing an order for sterling silver or solid gold pieces, please get in touch to check we are able to ship to your country. Each country has different legal hallmarking requirements for precious metals and if they do not accept the UK Hallmark, we may not be able to ship to you.
The following list comprises some of the most popular, but not all of the countries that we can ship to. If your country is not on the list, please get in touch to check we are able to ship to you.

If you have placed an order but we are unable to ship to you, we will cancel and refund the order.
We understand some orders may be time sensitive, if this is the case, please drop us an email at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If your jewellery isn't suitable, you are welcome to return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund as long as it's unworn and in the original packaging.
If you'd like to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the return address will be provided. We must receive your item within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Your refund will be processed once we receive your item and will be the cost of the item only. Postage costs are non-refundable.
We recommend that you return your piece using an insured, tracked and signed for delivery service as in the event it goes missing it would be your responsibility.
We want to make sure it's love at first sight so if you would like further details in relation to any of our products before you purchase, then we would love to help. Please drop us an email at email@example.com.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on bespoke orders or pieced jewellery unless there is a fault.
Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event your Sondr London jewellery is damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to exchange your item if returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you would like to return a damaged or faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including all details of your order and the issue with the item. We will assess the item and then provide the details for the return shipment.
Sondr London will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend that you return your piece using an insured, tracked and signed for delivery service as in the event it goes missing it would be your responsibility.
