Delivery and Returns
All Sondr London orders are carefully crafted in London's Hatton Garden and can take up to 21 days to be made.
Your order will be sent using recorded delivery and should arrive within 1 to 2 working days once dispatched.
Rest of the world
Your order will be sent using recorded delivery and should arrive within 5 to 7 working days once dispatched.
International orders may incur additional customs charges. These charges vary between countries and so we cannot advise how much they will be prior to your order. Furthermore, Sondr London will not be responsible for these costs and so we ask you to check local regulations if you are unsure, before you place an order.
We understand some orders may be time sensitive, if this is the case, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Each item purchased is carefully made to order and crafted in London's Hatton Garden. For this reason, regrettably, we can not offer refunds or exchanges on made to order items. If you would like further details in relation to any of our products before you purchase, then we would love to help. Please drop us an email at email@example.com.
Damaged or faulty items
In the unlikely event your Sondr London jewellery is damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to exchange your item if returned to us in the original packaging, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt of your order.
If you would like to return a damaged or faulty item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org including all details of your order (including PDF invoice) and the issue with the order. We will assess the item and then provide the details for the return shipment.
Sondr London will not be responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend you use a recorded delivery option as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
